un "projet de loi d'orientation et de programmation pour la performance de la sécurité intérieure", estampillé du dudit ministère. Son article 43 porte sur "l'occupation abusive et irrégulière du domaine public". il faut lire 1984 ... vous vous apercevrez de nombreuse horeur quotidiennent... :(

quand on commence à suprimer les libertés, il n'y a pas de limite...
