Tout un tour de main en effet. J"avais vu un reportage sur la seule (de mémoire) femme à exercer ce m"tier et elle se disait "sanglière". Le terme m'avait amusé

C'est un autre oeil que je porterai sur les boites de fromage....La boite est moins industrielle que certains fromages.

D'où l'importance de choisir ses aliments selon son instrument... on m'a récemment offert un superbe koing-amann...juste avant quelques morceaux à la traversière... J'ai décliné
