C'est la cramaillotte, avec les fleurs de pissenlit, du sucre, du citron et de l'eau. J'en ai déjà fait mais c'est très long à fcuisiner, c'est bon et ça a la consistance du miel.

Si elle est bien cuite, tu l'émiettes et tu remets à griller un peu sur les braises.

Quand j'étais jeune nous habitions en pleine forêt et nous avions avec mon frère cadet chacun notre Montagne des Pyrénées. La nuit les chiens venaient nous réveiller lors des passages de cochons et nous en avons braconné plus d'un à l'épieu. D'où une certaine expérience...
