Bah...1- Pelez la gousse d'ail et coupez la en lamelles. Piquez le rôti à plusieurs endroits et glissez les dedans.
2- Laissez fondre le saindoux (ou le beurre) dans une cocotte. Quand il est bien chaud, faites y revenir le rôti de porc sur toutes ses faces, pendant 8 à 10 min, sur feu vif.
3- Glissez la cocotte dans le four (ou placez le rôti dans un plat) et laissez le rôti cuire pendant 1 h à 1 h 10 (à 180 200°C). Salez et poivrez à la fin.
4- Sortez le rôti du four et coupez le en tranches. Déposez les au fur et à mesure sur un plat de service chaud.
